The installation was made from borrowed chairs via invitations sent to potential visitors to the exhibition in Split, Croatia. Items were removed from their original context, preventing their use as functional objects and thus gaining a new artistic context. The procedure is very straightforward, there is no simulation – the chairs are attached to a seemingly chaotic pile. Now come to the fore their shape, their ability to create a visually interesting whole. The chairs, each carrying their own story, indicate traces of wear, in contrast to the luminous fluorescent tubes placed within the installation. On one side are worn objects of daily use, on the other cold, the light that defines them is almost symbolically transformed into the exhibition display. The process ends when, after the closing of the exhibition, each chair is returned to the owners in its original context. No penetration of art and real life does not stop there, because when the items become mere objects again, are enriched by the memory of their artistic existence.

The work was produced for the solo exhibition at the Bačvice Aquarium (organized by the Croatian Association of Visual Artists), Split, Croatia in 2007.
